I liked the hotel, the breakfast was good, and the rooms were very clean. The location was perfect — within walking distance to the most famous attractions in Manhattan.

The front desk was so helpful and friendly. She helped us navigate our way to Grand Central station and made recommendations for food and sights. The room was clean and spacious enough for our family. The fridge and microwave were a bonus. The in room coffee was convenient. The restroom was clean spacious and fully stocked with necessities. The walk was not bad to Central Park, Times Square, Grand Central station and 5th Ave. we ate at local eateries and was not disappointed.

Loved this hotel! Reasonably updated for the age of the building, the suite was a decent size apartment! Full (small) kitchen, decent size bedrooms with enough space for multiple suitcases. Living/dining larger than expected. We used the couch to sleep so I can't speak to the foldout bed but the beds were good with nice pillows in the bedrooms. Shower was fine.

The apartment is perfect for 5 people. It is spacious, and the location is excellent—we easily walked to 5th Avenue, Times Square, and Central Park. The staff are very friendly and helpful. While the breakfast quality is not great, the size of the room and the overall experience are so fantastic that you won’t mind it. The room has a well-equipped kitchen with essentials like salt, pepper, pots, and cutlery for cooking. There is a supermarket just a 5-minute walk away. Every room comes with its own AC and TV! I cannot recommend it enough. It is definitely better than small hotel rooms that are even more expensive!

Great location with easy walking to most of the NYC attractions. For a group of 6, the 2 bedroom suite was just what we needed. The room and hotel were clean and the hot breakfast was great each morning. Front desk staff were excellent with recommendations and information. Very close to Central Park for runners. Would stay here again and would recommend to anyone with a large group.

Had a brilliant experience here for 6 nights. Having an actual roomy, clean apartment (cleaned every two days!) meant the kids could have their own room but we could also help ourselves to a decent breakfast from the restaurant in the morning if we wanted to. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the building is situated in a great location for tourist sites. In fact there was a bus stop right outside that went straight west on 49th street to the docks for the river cruise, which was handy. :) Only downside is that the breakfast room can easily become full, so you have to take your breakfast back to your room if no tables are free, however we mainly ate at diners for the experience and just used the free breakfast to load up if we were in a hurry. Would definitely use again.

Our group of 3 stayed here for 5 nights and we felt wonderful! The apartment size was very big for NY, the kitchen was fully equipped and the bed and the extensible sofa were very comfortable. We chose this hotel based on room size but the most important side was its location. Walking distance to Times Square and Central Park, 2 major subway stations within 5 minutes made it very suitable for our needs. Had there been 10 stars available, I'd have given them all to the staff! From cleaning to breakfast, they were very discreet but helpful and did everything to make us stay here again. I strongly recommend this place! Keep up the good work!

A great hotel - especially for anyone traveling with group of 5 or more. You are away enough from the chaos that the noise is gone but still a 5 minute walk to Rockefeller and more! Beds comfy, rooms spacious, staff was amazing!
